MINDFUL NINJA 

It is a 6 months experiencial learning with project program. The program is research-based methodology from University of Brain Education, Harvard University and University of Spiritual Healing and Sufism. This methods has been adapt to a series of fun yet stimulative activities and exercises that will unleash each individual potential and talents.

MINDFUL NINJA

"MINDFUL" mindfulness is our ability to pay attention to the present moment without getting carried away by all the distractions, emotions, thoughts, and feelings we experience. In Islam it is also known of the sate of "Muraqabah". In this state 

According to numerous neuroscience-based research, mindfulness is proven to have a strong correlation with mental efficiency, emotional regulation and human well-being. When a person is always maintaining their mindfulness state they will be able to operating at the highest mental efficiency, have a better mental, emotional and physical health. Mindfulness through an Islamic perspective, is not just about physical, mental and emotional well-being, but more importantly about spiritual well-being  which we believe can nurture our emotional health and is deeply rooted in our awareness of and relationship with Allah.

"NINJA" rise from the spirit of warrior (mujahid/muharib). The Ninja is a well-trained warrior who was equiped with the essential skill to fight the battle. Our children is in the era of preparation of end of the world. The challenge will be different and tough.  The mujahadah is tougher than before.

The program MINDFUL NINJA consist of combination of modules from 3 main modules with these Benefits and objectives :


POWER BRAIN EDUCATION
1) BRAIN SENSETIZING  

  • Awaken the Brain-Body Senses.

  • Stimulate blood circulation to improve the body's overall physiological functioning.

  • Enhance awareness of our brain and its function

2) BRAIN VERSATILINGING

  • Focuses on flexibility to free us from fixed habits or patterns.

  • Opens our brain to new information, making it more adaptable to new experiences and situations.

3) BRAIN REFRESHING

  • Training to release negative emotional memories and habits.

  • Clears away emotional residues of earlier (perhaps traumatic) experiences and releases the associated energy towards new perspectives and attitudes.

4) BRAIN INTEGRATING

  • Integrates the different functional areas of the brain to release latent capabilities.

  • Improves communication and cooperative interaction between the brain's rights and left hemispheres.

5) BRAIN MASTERING

  • Helps achieve greater mastery (executive) over the brain.

  • Develops brain muscles for making free decisions and carrying them out - strengthening the power of choice and violation.

  • To create total authoship of one's life.
